Email corporate@cerebraenterprises.com with “PetChat support” in the subject. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version and a short description. Please do not send private camera images or clips unless needed for the issue.

Feedback and reporting a reply

In PetChat, open Settings → Send feedback to email us with your app version already filled in. To tell us about one reply, tap the thumbs-down under the speech bubble (or Not quite on a saved moment), pick what went wrong and tap Send report. Choose “Inappropriate or upsetting” for anything offensive; you can also long-press the speech bubble and choose Report. We review reports and use them to improve replies. See the Privacy Policy for what a report includes.

Your pet isn’t answering

If camera access was denied, open iOS Settings → PetChat and allow Camera, then return to the app. If no reply appears, point clearly at one pet, check your internet connection, make sure the status pill reads “Real-time AI on” (tap it if it says “AI off”), and tap the shutter. “Can’t spot” your pet means the frame wasn’t clear enough. The service may pause briefly between requests, when a daily limit is reached, during an interruption, or if the device cannot use secure app verification.

Listening and typing

PetChat listens for a few seconds after you tap and stops shortly after you finish talking; tap again to stop sooner. If it says the microphone is off, allow Microphone and Speech Recognition in iOS Settings → PetChat. Without them, your pet still answers from the camera, and the keyboard button lets you type. Tap the status pill to turn continuous translate on or off.

Voice and sound

Check that “Mute pet voice” is off in PetChat Settings, your device volume and your audio output route. Choose or preview voices in Your pets → a pet → Voice. The first reply after launch can take a few extra seconds while the voice loads. If a voice fails, tap again for a new line.

Saved moments and exports

Tap the thumbnail beside the shutter to open your gallery and replay saved moments offline. Settings shows storage used; automatic saving pauses around 500 MB rather than deleting old moments. Delete a moment or all moments to free space. To share, open a moment and choose Share video, Save video or Share photo. Save video requires add-only Photos access. If export fails, check free device storage and retry.

Privacy and deletion

Turn off “Cloud AI” in Settings to stop future requests. See the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion instructions. Include no sensitive pet or household information in a support email unless needed.
