Delete PetChat data
PetChat has no user account or cloud gallery. You can remove saved moments and pets directly in the app.
Effective October 1, 2026
Delete one moment
Open the gallery, choose a moment, tap Delete moment, and confirm. This removes its app-owned camera source, generated voice, thumbnail, metadata and cached exports from this installation.
Delete all moments
Open Settings → Delete all moments and confirm. This removes every local PetChat moment and its app-owned media and cached exports. Remove a pet and its photo in Your pets. To clear the remaining app settings and consent decision as well, delete the PetChat app from your device. This cannot be undone. If you have more than one installation, repeat on each.
Withdraw cloud AI permission
Open Settings and turn off “Cloud AI.” PetChat stops future requests and live replies. A request already transmitted may finish processing; turning permission off cannot recall it. Replay and sharing of saved moments still work. Microphone and speech recognition permissions can be turned off in iOS Settings → PetChat.
Other copies and support email
Deleting moments does not remove copies already saved to Photos, included in an operating-system backup, sent to another app, or shared with someone else. Delete those copies through the destination service or backup controls. Cerebra cannot remotely recover or erase media it never stored. For support email you sent us, request deletion at corporate@cerebraenterprises.com; records needed for a legal obligation or dispute may be retained.
